How it works
Four simple steps
Step 1: Contact us
Send a request for free cleaning support or refer someone who may need help.
Step 2: We review your request
We review the request, assess the support required and check our availability.
Step 3: We call you
A member of our team will contact you to discuss the circumstances and the support that may be suitable.
Step 4: We agree arrangements
If we can help, we will discuss and agree the cleaning support, duration, date and time directly with you.
All requests are reviewed to establish the support required and arrange an appropriate service. Support depends on eligibility, operational capacity and available resources.
