You can use this website to:

How requests work
Submitting this form does not confirm an appointment.
Every request is considered individually, and submitting a form does not guarantee support. We review each request in light of the level of need, eligibility, our service area, available resources and capacity.
A member of our team will contact you by telephone to discuss the request and understand what support is needed. If we can help, we will discuss and agree the cleaning support, duration, date and time directly with you.
Our support is free. You will never be asked to pay for it.
When we cannot help
Support depends on eligibility, operational capacity and available resources. We are a small team funded through donations, so we cannot help everyone. Sometimes we may need to say no, offer less help than was asked for, or ask you to wait.
If we cannot help, we will try to let you know.
Referring someone else
If you send a request for someone else, the person must know about it and agree to it. Please only give information that is correct and that they are happy for us to have.
Staying safe
In an emergency, call 999. Our website and our team are not an emergency service.
If you cannot speak on a 999 call from a mobile, listen to the questions, then press 55 when you are asked. If you need medical help fast but it is not an emergency, call NHS 111.
We are a cleaning service. We cannot give medical, legal or specialist advice, or take the place of support services.
If you are worried that someone may see what you look at online, read Cover your tracks online.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and are not a condition of receiving support. Donating does not affect any request.
Donations are one-off. Card donations (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) are taken by Stripe, and Stripe’s own terms also apply to your payment.
Skyluxe is a Community Interest Company, not a registered charity. We cannot offer Gift Aid on donations.
